Lead Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Architect to join our IT team in a European institution based in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Information Systems (IS) primarily using AI. He/she should also have a solid understanding of data management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. AI and Information Systems: Use AI to assist in the design and development of IS. Understand how AI can be used to improve existing systems and processes.
2. Data Management: Ensure the management and security of data. Understand how data can be used to improve the performance of the company.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Understand the customer journey and service management. Work closely with customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
4. Cloud - Hybrid: Experience with hybrid cloud environments. Understand how the cloud can be used to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Cost Optimization: Work to optimize costs while maintaining or improving performance.
6. Process Automation and Optimization: Work on automation and optimization of processes to improve efficiency.
7. DevSecOps: Experience with integration within end-to-end pipelines, as well as IaC based delivery & automation.
8. Technological Watch: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends, not just products, but also means (processes, changes in delivery paradigms, platform engineering, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a lead architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of AI and data management.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, DevSecOps, and process automation.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
