SOGETI is looking for a Digital Workplace, Office Automation and Mobile Computing Devices Expert to join our company.
You will be part of a team which interact with other team-members from SOGETI, in a multicultural environment. You will also have the unique opportunity to gain experience by sharing technical knowledge with your futures colleagues.
Your challenge:
- Installation and configuration of PC, Mac and mobile devices hardware.
- Installation and configuration of software components in the PC, Mac configuration or mobile devices.
- Administration of the local IT environment, directly related to workplace (the PC or mobile devices environment).
- Participating in defining and documenting configuration of the PC or mobile devices environment.
- Documenting operational support procedures.
- Drafting technical content for knowledge database.
- Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed by the client's central security service (complemented by local rules where needed). This task includes anti-virus protection.
- Software asset management.
- Licence management.
Your profile:
- Very good skills in Office Automation ( MS Windows, Mac OS, MS office, productivity applications), digital workplace and mobile computing.
- Very good knowledge of MS Windows configuration tools and Active Directory policy management tools.
- Good skills and experience in scripting with PowerShell.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified.
- Fluent in French and English.
Education: IT degree or equivalent; and at least 3 years of professional experience.
