Soofitex Talent Recruitment is currently looking for one of its clients, a well-known bank located in Gasperich, a : 

Back Office Database & Taxation Support Agent (M/F)

As a Senior Back Office Database & Taxation support Agent, you will be responsible for handling back-office tasks and ensuring that work is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support the Back Office Agent, as well as participating in process improvement initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Handle complex back-office tasks and ensure accurate and timely completion of work

• Participate in transaction execution, settlement and control (Securities transactions for transfer Free of payment)

• Participate in the back office activities execution 

• Participate in the tax activities (prepare QI reporting, tax documentation, manage Belgium tax activities) execution

• Ensure work is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide guidance and support to the Back Office Agent

• Participate in process improvement initiatives         

• Develop and maintain back-office policies and procedures

Profil

Technical and behavioural skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or previous experience in a back-office role (more than 5 years)

• Strong knowledge of back-office processes and procedures

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Fluent in written and spoken French, English. Proficiency in other languages as Italian is an asset
