We are seeking a highly connected Recruitment Consultant with exceptional commercial skills and a proven Luxembourgish track record of success who is thrilled stepping into a 360-degree recruitment role. 

As a key player in our team: 

• You'll embark on an entrepreneurial journey, crafting and executing a strategic business plan alongside our directors. 
• You'll take charge of your own client portfolio, gaining a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and expertly managing the process from start to finish.
• You’ll will user your strong business acumen and commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• You'll have the freedom to develop your personal brand and leave a lasting impact.
• You'll have the opportunity to advance to a managing consultant role when both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.

Profile
The ideal Recruitment Consultant has the following attributes:    

• At least 5 years of experience in permanent or interim/consultant/freelance recruitment role within Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English, with advanced oral and written skills. German and/or French are a plus.
• A passion for embodying our values in all aspects of your work.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A resilient character paired with a great sense of humor.
• Self-awareness and a strong drive for personal growth and development.
