Job description
Exciting challenge:
- Corporate Finance Leadership: oversee M&A, valuation, business modeling, and due diligence projects;
- Client Reporting: prepare concise reports and deliverables in both French and English languages;
- Team Development: mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities;
- Business Growth: identify and pursue new opportunities, engage clients through pitches, and contribute to presentations and workshops.
Profile
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Experience: 6+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services;
- Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance, Business, or related fields;
- Certifications: relevant qualifications such as CFA or CAIA;
- Business Acumen: strong ability to identify development opportunities;
- Language Skills: fluent in English; French proficiency is beneficial.
