Senior Financial Controller

This role is part of a dynamic and committed team of financial controllers who possess a passion for data and crunching numbers.

The team’s purpose is to provide visibility on the company financial health and improve its profitability. The team members partner with business leaders to develop financial strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

The role comprises of: financial reporting, tool building, insightful analysis, business cases, revenue and cost controls, and budget planning (medium and long-term). The team also ensures the respect of rules in finance and drives the improvement of financial processes.

You will work closely with the other teams in Finance and other departments (Product, Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams) and will cover parts of the direct margin of the ICT business (Cloud, IT Outsourcing, Business Applications, Network, and Cybersecurity) in the Enterprise market. As a senior controller, you will handle sensitive financial information, and produce data-driven recommendations to senior management.

• Monthly closing activities : financial data reconciliation and quality control (through multiple IT systems), production of multi-dimensional analytical P&L (per type of activities, solutions and key clients), performance and variance analysis
• Financial planning : rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and multiple-year plan exercise in line with executive vision and strategy, and in collaboration with business leaders (organisation of workshops)
• Robust and timely reporting: internal (senior management, P&L owners), and external (CSSF, shareholders)
• Project controlling : business case review for new offers (as part of the product/sales governance), collaboration with business teams on cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
• Building insightful tools : financial modelling of data-rich environment (Excel, SQL), impactful dashboarding (Excel, PowerBI), documentation (management rules, procedures), and training/education of non-financial teams
• Automation of reporting : data quality improvement, transformation and simplification (in coordination with other teams in the company), reporting process analysis, change management

Profile :

You are highly educated (Bac +5 or equivalent to a Master level) with a strong command of French and English written and spoken.

Your resume should exhibit great capabilities in financial data analysis (7+ years experience), and a previous experience in management consulting is a must.
