Continuous Improvement Process Technician
Your mission:
The Continuous Improvement Process team is responsible for defining and improving the industrialization processes within the department, with a particular focus on :
- Setting up workstations and the necessary equipment for the industrialization conditions of new products.
- Proposing improvements, ergonomics, and necessary automation for workstations.
- Monitoring and regularly evaluating production means to ensure productivity and quality levels.
- Contributing to process improvement by participating in working groups and suggesting improvement actions.
- Creating or contributing to the creation of work and control instructions required for product manufacturing.
- Implementing and following operational procedures.
- Training all staff on new processes, work instructions, and operational procedures.
- Assisting team leaders and production managers in solving production problems (quality issues, machine breakdowns, etc.).
Our expectations:
- Must have:
- Strong technical knowledge of lean management
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems related to production means or products
- Strong leadership, communication skills, a focus on workplace safety, and results-oriented
- Soft skills :
- Capable of demonstrating a high level of autonomy, determining tasks to be completed, and establishing timelines
- Comply with health and safety regulations, particularly the use of personal protective equipment
- Have a keen sense of observation
