Based in Luxembourg, and more specifically in Rodange, RH Lab. is a Human Resources solutions firm. We offer to meet the strategic and operational needs of decision-makers and HR managers in the day-to-day and ad hoc management of their human capital. We work with a number of companies in the Greater Region to provide our HR skills.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant :

Mission

• You will carry out internal recruitment processes for our clients.

• You will be able to carry out all types of recruitment in several business sectors.

• You will be responsible for client and candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

• You will be able to adapt to the client's needs in order to provide them with an appropriate solution.

• You will maintain relations with employment agencies and our various service providers.

• You will take part in various HR events and job fairs.

• You will provide information and advice to candidates and HR professionals.

• You will be responsible for developing the customer portfolio.

Profile

• You have a degree in HR or sales.

• You have a passion for the recruitment profession.

• You are fluent in French and English or German. Any other language would be an asset.

• You are organised, rigorous, flexible, a good listener, autonomous and proactive.

• You have a proven commercial sense.
