Role Summary
Will report to the Marketing team and liaise between the departments and staff members in Bettembourg.
Key Responsibilities
- Participation to tradeshow preparation meetings, following up with notes and reports.
- Administrative tasks linked to tradeshow operations such as registrations, customs, stands budgets, order forms and management of tradeshow online platforms, hotels’ bookings.
- Establishment and management of the tradeshow checklist and books,
- Preparation & follow‐ups of the tradeshow material, for deliveries, pickups and returns (in cooperation with warehouse staff).
- Order samples for tradeshows, showroom & showroom truck.
- Maintain & manage the storage of the marketing warehouse.
- Travel on site for stand set‐ups and dismantling.
- Organize & review the European showrooms & showroom truck updates, and products inventories.
- Check and restock of samples for photo shootings.
- Maintain the inventory of the prototypes and novelties.
- Support the Marketing team on any others administrative tasks and financial aids, such as Office Ducroire, administrative support, or community management support.
Skills / Experience
- Strong organization skills;
- Highly motivated & capable of working on own initiative;
- Capable of approaching challenges with a positive and constructive mindset;
- Ability to quickly adjust to new challenges, tasks, and changing priorities;
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, colleagues and third‐parties;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Comfortable navigating digital tools for project management, social media, and data analysis, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms as needed;
- Fluent French & English are mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
In case of positive selection, a certificate of good standing or an extract of the criminal record can be required.
