In order to strengthen the DEEP teams within our Business Line Client Infrastructure, we are currently looking for a Datacenter Technical Specialist (m/f/n) to support our client, a major European institution on-site.
Vos missions
- Troubleshoot incidents to the extent of defined procedures and responsibilities;
- Manage, maintain, and update documentation as required;
- Raise incidents in the ticketing system (SMT or Service Now), and update relevant information for as long as the ticket is handled by operations;
- Assist in documenting problems and assisting problems management as required;
- Fulfil operations service requests;
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance operations, contributing to continuous improvement;
- Escalate and route incidents to appropriate parties as foreseen in procedures;
- Take over first line Infrastructure facilities activities
Votre profil
- Strong experience in network & communication infrastructures (LAN/WAN, IP, VLAN, Cisco VoIP).
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware: servers, storage, switches, firewalls, datacenter equipment.
- Hands-on experience with cabling (copper & fiber), patching, and data center room access management.
- Good understanding of SAN systems, infrastructure monitoring, and asset/capacity management.
- Familiarity with electrical, cooling, and fire protection principles in datacenters.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio for technical diagrams.
- Strong grasp of ITIL practices, plus experience with ticketing, CMDB, and change management tools.
- Knowledge of high availability datacenter designs, job schedulers, and network protocols.
- 3–6 years of experience, ITIL v4 Foundation required;
- English level B1; DCCS certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, customer mindset, autonomy, and stress resilience.
