In order to strenghten the DEEP teams within our Business Line Client Infrastructure, we are currently looking for a Team Leader - Network Engineer (m/f/n) to support our client, a major European institution on-site. 

Vos missions

As a leader in a Network Infrastructure Operations team of more than 10 experts, you will be a key element of Foundation Services, strong of his more than 30 collaborators based in 3 countries, supporting the infrastructures: Network, Storage, Backup, Virtualization & IT Room Facilities.

Based in Luxembourg, you will be also responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting and operating communication networks within our customer :

• In coordination with the Network Desing Team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting and business continuity of infrastructure communication networks (LAN /WAN).

• Ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for the users.

• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and identify Network related problems within the following domains: LAN, WAN, Wifi • Participate in team collaboration to share on engineering efforts, technical challenges and breakthroughs

• Work with vendors and team members to troubleshoot issues related to the operations (Problem management)

• Management of your team to meet and be compliance with SLA target and operations requirements. (Planning presence, project follow-up,…) 

Votre profil

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in network technologies

• Experience in leading a team of IT specialists in a critical business environment

• Acts as a subject matter expert and expertly articulates solutions through written or verbal methods

 • In-depth demonstrable skills in system and functional analysis and problem diagnostic, capability of producing high quality specification and documentation

• Leadership experience – strong minded and tenacious problem solver with the ability to keep a team united and working with empathy and maturity 

• Demonstrated ability for good communication (oral and written) to all levels of the organization

• French & English are mandatory

• Stress resistance, acting as Single point of contact between Service Operations management and your team of expert

 • Candidates for this position should be willing to perform shift work rotation (2 shifts from 7am to 8pm and participate in 24/7 oncall rotation, major incidents and reviews (postmorterms).
