Seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist for a Maternity Replacement to join our HR team at PM-International.


  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions for different subsidiary and our international headquarter in Luxembourg.
  • You will be responsible for Screening resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation and contract drafting.
  • Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of a dedicated training plan for different department: from the identification of needs to the follow-up of training actions.
  • Manage the training budget and comply with internal procurement procedures.
  • Manage the relationship with external training vendors.
  • You will be responsible for managing the co-funding of training programs in INFPC Luxembourg.
  • You create regular recruitment report to the HR Manager.
  • You will be responsible for employee evaluations during probation and annual reviews.
  • Maintaining registration/attendance records of employees in order to prepare reports and studies on training.


  • A degree with a relevant specialization (HR, business administration etc.);
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, or similar role.
  • Relevant experience in HR recruitment in Luxembourg and knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law would be an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with job sites like LinkedIn, and Moovijob.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English. Good command of French/ German will be considered an asset.
