Your missions
- Programming of production equipment and associated control units,
- Developing and writing PLC programs for both production controls and test benches,
- Supporting the continuous improvement, maintenance, and optimization of machines, tools, equipment, and processes,
- Conducting error analysis and performing corrective actions during breakdowns,
- Handling both virtual and physical commissioning of manufacturing equipment,
- Participating in or managing projects related to PLC programming.
Requirements
Your profile- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field,
- Extensive experience in PLC programming, with a preference for Siemens systems,
- Proficiency in programming vision systems (preferably Keyence), motor drives (preferably SEW), and electrical axes (preferably Festo),
- Competence in reading and writing logic using Ladder or Sequential Function Chart (SFC),
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols between PLCs, robots, supervision, and traceability systems,
- Experience in implementing MES and traceability systems,
- Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the automotive industry,
- Basic understanding of automotive processes, tools, and Lean principles,
- Technical expertise in machine parts and drawings, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems,
- Ability to apply Lean problem-solving tools effectively,
- Experience working in cross-functional teams,
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques,
- Fluent in English is mandatory (level B2 confirmed), French and/or German is a plus.
