Your responsabilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for comprehensive HR administrative support, from onboarding to offboarding employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Employee Administration: Managing employee records, handling individual files, and ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Payroll Management: Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll cycles and addressing any employee queries.
Cross-functional HR Projects: Taking an active part in various HR initiatives, including employer branding, process improvement, and digitalization of HR practices.
Onboarding and Training Support: Guiding new hires through the onboarding process, organizing initial training sessions, and ensuring each employee enjoys a seamless integration experience.
PROFIL
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management (either within various companies or with a service company), and you're now looking to join an internal HR department to broaden your expertise.
Languages: You're fluent in both French and English, essential for thriving in this international setting.
HR Skills: You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with HR administrative functions.
Interpersonal Skills: You enjoy teamwork, communicate effectively, and are skilled at prioritizing tasks.
