We are looking for an

HR– Controller (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about numbers and have already gained some experience in the field of forecast budgeting and integrated HR systems? Your are meticulous in your working procedures and like to be accurate? Then join us and strengthen our HR team.

Your main tasks:

• Establishment of HR budgets and forecasts
• Record and interpret HR-related costs over time
• Prepare regular HR reports and forecasts for the management
• Execute organisational changes in the ERP system
• Be the contact person for the HR SAP consultant for continuous further development
• Report and follow up on complementary pension plans
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the SMS group for all HR Data related topics
• Be involved in upcoming ERP related projects.

What do we expect?

• Secondary education or higher education
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position would be an asset
• Excellent skills in MS Office like Excel and Access
• Very high level of analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Structured and conscientious way of working
• SAP experience is considered as an advantage
• Good level in English, German and/or French. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage.
