As a Senior Compliance Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with our Chief Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all local regulatory requirements.

Description
As Senior Compliance Advisor, you will have the following Key Responsibilities :
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments and analyze their impact on our operations.
- Draft and review MiFID-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance excellence.
- Assess the effectiveness of first-line controls and mitigate compliance risks.
- Operate our Market Abuse Surveillance system and take proactive measures to detect and address suspicious activities.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and facilitate compliance awareness and training initiatives.
Profile
The Successful Senior Compliance Advisor has the following profile :
- A university degree in business management, law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct regulatory compliance experience in the banking sector.
- Exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive impactful solutions.
