- Our client is looking for a Head of Tax with a fixed assignment that may lead to a long term contract.

Description
- Manage the relationship with external tax advisors, covering routine compliance and M&A specific advice.
- Develop tax management policies for the Group
- Support the Director of Group Finance with determining the level of on-going tax resource required for the Group.
- Support the Group and operating entities with the management and closure of open tax matters with local authorities.
- Supporting with reorganization and simplification of the Group legal structure.
- Identifying and quantifying tax risks.
- Ensuring the robust implementation of the Group's transfer pricing rules.
Profile
- 10 years of experience in a large multi-national corporation.
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
- Experience of managing complex cross border funding structures from a tax perspective.
- Able to communicate complex tax matters in a simple and straightforward manner to non-specialists.
