The role involves comprehensive financial management, including accounting, auditing support, budgeting, tax compliance, payroll, treasury functions, and coordination with external parties to ensure regulatory compliance for the company's investments.

Description

• Maintenance of accounting records using specialized accounting software
• Preparation of quarterly management accounts in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP
• Preparation of stand-alone unaudited statutory accounts in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP
• Preparation of group annual accounts compliant with IFRS for the annual audit
• Support for external audits, including the provision of accurate and organized financial documentation
• Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual VAT returns
• Preparation and filing of annual CIT returns
• Management of payroll for the company's employees
• Treasury functions, including foreign exchange hedging and coordination with company bankers
• Coordination with agents, accountants, consultants, and lawyers to ensure timely and accurate exchange of records and compliance with regulatory requirements for the company's various investments

Profile

• 3 years of experience as accountant,
• Strong knowledge in LuxGAAP and IFRS,
• Fluent in English and French or Polish,
• Well organized and structured mindset,
• Able to work alone and to handle different projects at the same time,
