About you l The Position

 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic International Sales Intern to join our International Sales Department based in Luxembourg for a duration of 6 months. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis. You will be supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and the International Sales team in various aspects of sales operations, contributing to the company’s global growth.

Duration: 6 months

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Startind date: ASAP

 

Key Responsibilities:


Market Research & Analysis


  • Assist in identifying new market opportunities by researching potential customers and analyzing competitors.
  • Compile and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights for the sales team.


Customer Relationship Management


  • Support the sales team in nurturing and managing relationships with existing international customers.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating follow-up communications.


Sales Support


  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation for client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Help generate sales reports and track sales activities to support the team’s performance and planning.


Order Processing & Coordination


  • Assist with order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to resolve issues related to order fulfillment.


Administrative Tasks


  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and other departmental activities.


Our Expectations:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in international sales, market research, and global business dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a fluent level of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
