IT Junior Buyer

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Performs market & spend analysis, provide the management with updated specific analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance.
- Manages tenders for the awarding of projects and long term contracts, ensuring the service delivery and SLA while optimizing value for the company.
- Conducts negotiations with suppliers of the category, in alignment with internal Contract Policy, the company’s Code of Business Conduct & Code of Ethics
- Manages the relationship with the IT business stakeholders ensuring support and alignment on business requirement.
- Support the team through the follow-up of the Supplier Risk Management tools, Responsible Sourcing campaigns, Minimum Insurance requirements.
Profile :
- Min 3/4 years of experience in Procurement in a multinational environment, indirect procurement is considered as a plus
- Fluent in English, other languages are considered as a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba, MS Office
- Stakeholder management, workload management, communication skills
- Proactive behavior / open to the adoption of new tools
- Easiness to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
