Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT&Tech) – CDD 6 months – Immediate Start
Reports to: HR Manager
Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in IT recruitment to support our hiring needs during a period of growth.
You will join the HR team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology talent.to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting for IT / Tech profiles and is immediately available for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews and qualification calls
- Coordinate interview processes and provide candidate feedback and guidance to hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when needed
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and best practices
- Help with HR department with other tasks (+/20%)

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with IT / tech profiles
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting roles such as software engineers, DevOps, data specialists, or IT infrastructure roles
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
- Free criminal record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or fast-growing tech environments
- Knowledge of European IT talent markets
- Familiarity with technical interview processes
- Experience working as part of an HR department
- English – Professional proficiency required
