For our department HR Service Center within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
HR Analyst
Main duties:
System administration:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring its efficient operation and data integrity.
- Perform regular audits and data validations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
- Manage system configurations, user roles, and access permissions.
Reporting and analytics:
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and other needs.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time data access to HR and business leaders.
System development and enhancement:
- Actively participate in the design and implementation of new HR processes through project management activities.
- Identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation within the department.
- Participate in HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Carry out technology watch to keep up to date with new trends and best practices in HR systems.
User Support and training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HRIS users.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and materials for end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
Compliance and security:
- Ensure HRIS practices comply with organizational policies, relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive HR information.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HRIS documentation, including user guides and system protocols.
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HRIS administration or a related role.
Demonstrated experience in HR project management, ideally in an international context. - Proficiency in HRIS software and or SaaS Talent Management (e.g., Workday, SAP
- SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone) and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication (writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management methodologies proficiency.
