Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Portfolios & Liquidity Operations Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Coordinate and monitor administrative processes related to cash flows across different financial products.
- Support the processing of transactions such as fund drawdowns, repayments, guarantee-related payments and disbursement requests.
- Prepare and maintain cash-flow forecasts and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial positions.
- Handle cash-flow administration for mandates, including cash calls, repayments and the monitoring of related movements.
- Review and reconcile cash positions with relevant intermediaries, mandators and financial accounts.
- Support the administration and monitoring of bank and escrow accounts associated with mandates.
- Ensure that activities are completed accurately, efficiently and within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a high level of service.
Your profile :
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline; postgraduate education is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial administration, finance, securities, mandate administration or audit.
- Previous exposure to financial products, investment operations or mandate-related activities would be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to changing situations and operational requirements.
- A structured and disciplined approach combined with strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team spirit and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another EU language is an advantage.
