Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Eligibility Services Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Support eligibility monitoring activities through desk-based analysis
- Contribute to the preparation of monitoring reports and related documentation
- Review and interpret contractual and eligibility documentation
- Assist in assessing compliance with eligibility and operational criteria
- Liaise with financial intermediaries and external stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to data analysis and the use of internal monitoring systems
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Your profile :
- University degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. audit, monitoring, advisory or similar roles)
- Good understanding of financial instruments and/or structured finance, ideally supporting SMEs
- Interest in EU frameworks, including State Aid rules and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics
- Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, and monitoring/reporting tools (advantage)
- Ability to interpret legal and contractual documents
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are an asset
Package :
- Annual gross salary: €62,489.57 (paid over 12 months)
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
