We are recruiting for one of our clients, located in Belval for a temporary position of Administrative Assistant.
From 2 months to 4 months.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Legal Affairs team. Your main duties will include:
- Performing administrative tasks and handling files related to legal processes
- Managing and processing contractual documents (signatures, archiving, updating contract management systems)
- Processing invoices and creating purchase orders (POs)
- Organizing internal and external meetings, appointments, events, and business travel
- Collecting, entering, verifying, and processing administrative information
- Supporting office space allocation and coordination
- Managing office supplies (ordering, maintaining stock, and distribution)
Required Profile:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proven experience in handling contractual documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in standard office software tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a proactive and service-minded attitude
