Job Description
As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will be involved in a wide range of domestic and international transactions, working closely with partners and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on banking, finance and structured finance transactions

Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security packages and related finance documentation

Advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance and intra-group financing

Supporting clients on regulatory and transactional aspects

Coordinating with other practice groups and external stakeholders

Managing files with increasing autonomy
Candidate Profile
-
Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV – mandatory)
-
Experience in Banking & Finance, ideally gained within a Luxembourg law firm

Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of financing structures

Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team environment

Fluent in English; French is a strong asset

Rigorous, proactive and client-oriented
