Recruitment & Training Senior Officer(m/f/x)

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with human interaction and who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment.
As a Recruitment & Training Senior Officer, you will ensure an efficient recruitment process while contributing to the development of our employees and supporting key HR administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
- Draft and publish attractive job advertisements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and manage the annual training plan.
- Identify development needs in collaboration with managers.
- Organize internal and external training sessions.
- Follow up on training budgets, attendance, and effectiveness.
- Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
HR Administration & Systems
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
- Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance.
- Act as a key user for HR-related systems and tools.
- Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes.
- Support payroll and time management-related activities when required.
Your Profile:
- A confident and mature HR professional who can build trust with both employees and managers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with significant exposure to: Recruitment /
Training & Development and HR Administration
- Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Experience with time and attendance management systems such as TIM, DSK, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working with HR data, reports, and digital HR tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and German is mandatory.
- English is considered a strong asset.
