Location: Luxembourg onsite

We are currently supporting a renowned client in Luxembourg who are hiring for Product Manager. You will be responsible for managing banking products, with a focus on depositary banking and custody services. You will translate business needs, client requirements and regulatory obligations into product strategies and delivery plans, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategies, roadmaps and priorities for depositary banking and custody services.
• Manage product backlogs, translating business and regulatory requirements into actionable tasks.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Analyse business requirements, incidents and client feedback to identify improvements.
• Ensure product changes meet regulatory, risk, audit and compliance requirements.
• Manage initiatives from discovery through testing, implementation and post-release review.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and support change communication and continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, business analysis, change management or process management within financial services.
• Knowledge of investment funds, custody services, depositary banking and securities services.
• Understanding of operational risk, compliance, regulatory frameworks and end-to-end process management.
• Experience working in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
