About the Role
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced TPRM / Outsourcing Specialist to support and stabilise daily activities within the Third‑Party Risk Management function. The consultant will contribute to process optimisation, data quality initiatives, committee preparation, and the enhancement of the newly implemented TPRM system.

Contract type: External consultancy
Start date: 20 April 2026
End date: 31 October 2026
Workload: 100% employment level (80%-100% also possible)
Service Type: Daily Business on demand
Location: Luxembourg, with occasional business trips to Monaco
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business activities within the TPRM area.
- Contribute to data enhancement tasks in the newly rolled‑out TPRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of Local Committees.
- Perform data quality reviews and corrections.
- Review and optimise TPRM processes, templates, ways of working, and the KPI/KRI framework.
- Review existing exit strategies and contribute to exit planning processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Outsourcing, TPRM, process optimisation, or project‑related activities.
- Strong knowledge of DORA.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Language Requirements
- English: Business fluent (C1/C2).
- German: Appreciated.
- Additional languages are a plus.
