Main responsibilities
Support your Line Manager in developing our Advisory department and maintain client relationship;
Provide advisory support to clients throughout new fund launches and product changes across Private Markets, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and best-practice governance standards.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, ensuring transparent communication, structured progress reporting, effective issue management, and proactive risk mitigation.
Oversee the legal and operational setup of new funds, including fund documentation review, regulatory filings, onboarding of service providers (AIFM, administrators, custodians, auditors) and operational infrastructure readiness.
Advise on and coordinate the legal and operational establishment of new funds, ensuring robust documentation, compliant regulatory filings, effective onboarding of third-party providers, and scalable operational set-up.
Produce high-quality analytical deliverables and articulate conclusions and recommendations clearly in both written reports and formal presentations.
Assist with commercial and administrative coordination activities, including preparation of internal business development meetings and organisation of webinars or institutional events
Main requirements
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a related field
CFA, CAIA or equivalent experience preferred
4–5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial/fund industry, ideally in Luxembourg
Solid understating of the Fund Industry world of Luxembourg (investment vehicles, fund structures etc)
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; French and/or German considered a strong asset
Previous project management expertise within the Fund Industry is preferrable
Strong organisational, analytical, and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a positive “can-do” attitude
Stakeholder-oriented and collaborative, comfortable interacting with senior internal and external contacts
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with KPIs, dashboards etc
