We are looking for a Senior Administrative & Financial Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist the FAD with daily administrative and financial tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance documentation.
- Manage and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, including VAT filings and corporate tax documentation.
- Support financial operations by preparing and maintaining accurate records, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely information flow and adherence to compliance standards.
- Participate in project management activities, helping to improve processes and implement financial and administrative strategies.
- Provide IT support within the finance and administrative functions, optimizing the use of software tools and ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Research and implement improvements in administrative and financial workflows, assisting the FAD in optimizing operational efficiency.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong technical proficiency, with experience in financial software, databases, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrable resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Fluency in both French and English
- Solid understanding of direct and indirect tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, especially within the context of CSSF-regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
