YOUR MAIN TASKS MIGHT INCLUDE
ü Learning and Development support: Analyse and document processes of internal training development, communication, and delivery;
ü Training Logistics: Coordinate technical training sessions, including scheduling and equipment preparation
ü Support the registration and enrollment process for employees and managers
ü Administrative support: Redaction of minutes and reports, maintaining training statistics, managing documentation, and organizing training-related events.
YOUR PROFILE
ü Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Education, Human Resources, or a related field,
ü Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
ü Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team,
ü Interest in learning and development, training methodologies, and instructional design is a plus.
