Experis is currently looking for an Test Manager for one of our clients in Luxembourg.
Test Manager (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall test approach, including strategy, scope, planning, timelines, and quality objectives
- Coordinate testing activities for core banking platforms and related applications, ensuring alignment across business and IT teams
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, environments, and required data in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles, ensuring proper execution, tracking, and issue management
- Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide regular reporting on quality status and release readiness
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
- Support the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation initiatives, and regression test coverage
- Act as the key coordination point between developers, business analysts, automation teams, and business users
Your profile:
- You have a degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- You have several years of experience as an IT Test Manager, preferably within banking or financial services environments
- You have strong expertise in end-to-end test management, including strategy definition, execution, reporting, and governance
- You have proven experience with large-scale system transformations, migrations, or complex application landscapes
- You have a good understanding of test automation, regression testing, and quality assurance methodologies
- You have experience working with tools such as JIRA, Xray, and CI/CD environments
- You have experience working in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and DevOps
- You have strong stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills
- You have a proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- You are fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
