TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD (M/F)

One of Experis’ clients is looking for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Lead (m/f) to supervise the infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent technical skills and a passion for managing infrastructure projects. The position offers the flexibility of working 80% remotely.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities with the customer to ensure project success.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Train new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
• Write technical proposals and offers to customers to effectively communicate project requirements.
• Oversee the deployment of hardware and software to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.
• Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Update technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in Windows but especially in Linux operating systems.
• Skilled in virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, OpenShift, etc.).
• Knowledge of storage technologies, such as NAS and SAN.
• Familiarity with network technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and routing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage technical teams.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are considered a plus.
