IMAC Technician
We are looking for a talented and driven IMAC Technician to enhance our dynamic IT team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will oversee the Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) of IT equipment and systems. This role demands a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes of IT equipment according to client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
- Document and track all IT equipment accurately.
- Collaborate with fellow IT team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IMAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
