Recently, EmTroniX joined forces with Anywaves, a leading European space antenna specialist, creating a stronger, more integrated space RF, electronics, antennas and payload subsystems group. This merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions.
To support this evolution, we are seeking a Quality Technician to support quality assurance activities within our electronic production environment. The role involves performing inspections throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring product conformity, supporting non-conformance management, and maintaining compliance with EN9100 requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical inspections at all stages of production:
- Incoming inspection
- In-process inspections
- Final inspection
- Ensure product conformity with applicable specifications and quality standards
- Support the management of non-conformities, including identification, reporting, root cause contribution, and follow-up
- Participate in quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability in line with EN9100 requirements
- Monitor and record environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, particle levels, etc.) to ensure compliance with production constraints

Job requirement?
- Technician-level education (or equivalent experience) in electronics, quality, or related field
- Good understanding of EN9100 requirements
- Familiarity with standard quality processes (inspections, non-conformance management, reviews, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and effective time management
- Familiar with usual KPIs
- Fluent in English – French is a strong asset
- Knowledge of EEE components (Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical) and their lifecycle management would be a plus
- Familiarity with equipment and machinery used in electronic assembly lines
