Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Challenging and advising companies on the implementation and application of new accounting standards and the accounting for new products and structured transactions;
- Providing support with consolidation challenges;
- Conducting reviews of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Drafting and preparing annual financial statements for our clients according to various GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles);
- Compiling financial and non-financial information from companies in accordance with specific legal requirements, including for complex structures.
- Due to the versatility of the work, you will frequently collaborate with other professionals from tax, corporate finance, risk, and consulting areas.
