Task Responsibilities:
- Support the Director People Services with the management of day to day tasks
- Act as a representative of the Director People Services during absences
- Support the team coordination and follow up on tasks
- Answer employees’ complex requests autonomously and support them whenever required
- Support the review, simplification and alignment of processes
- Enrich the documentation to foster employees self service
- Prepare communications with various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Perform change management activities
- Implement and monitor KPIs
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar
- Knowledge in national and international tax and social security rules would be distinct advantage

- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud would be considered as an asset
- Understanding of Luxembourhish HR legislation, policies, and procedures
- Good understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods

- Ability to work individually but also as part of a diverse team
- Fluency in English; any other languages are considered as an advantage
- Strong knowledge in MS Office products
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position based in Luxembourg
- Flexible with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
