What will you do?
- You will act as the point of contact on strategic and operational recruitment matters for a dedicated department/ activity;
- You will work closely with the hiring managers understand their staffing needs and identifying qualified candidates;
- You will manage the entire sourcing, screening and interviewing process;
- You will actively participate to recruitment/campus events;
- You will explore different sourcing channels and contribute in improving the employer branding strategy;
- You will participate in the onboarding of New Joiners and ensure a close follow-up throughout the probation period;
- You will proactively contribute to the implementation of key HR projects.
This offer is for you if:
- You have a master’s degree in human resources or business Administration;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven experience in talent acquisition;
- You are organized, proactive and client-oriented;
- You are dynamic, enthusiastic and positive;
- You have strong communication skills and can work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- You are used to work with a HRIS solution;
- You know the Luxembourg labor law;
- You are willing to learn constantly and flexible;
- You are fluent in German and English; French is considered an asset;
