What will you do?
Being part of the team, you will:
Assist and advise clients on a broad range of Luxembourg corporate law matters, including company incorporations and liquidations, as well as domestic and cross-border restructurings such as mergers, demergers, capital transactions and migrations;
Draft and review corporate documents and agreements, and provide support in connection with such documentation;
Prepare for and participate in client meetings;
Conduct legal research on specific Luxembourg corporate law matters and contribute to the development of the internal knowledge and expertise;
This position is for you if:Â
You hold a Master’s degree in Business Law, preferably with a specialization in corporate or civil law;
You are a recent graduate or a legal professional with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate law;
You are fluent in French and English; proficiency in German would be considered an asset;
You are proactive, curious and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
You possess a collaborative mindset and a genuine team spirit, while being equally comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities;
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a positive attitude and an appreciated sense of humor.
