Experienced Accountant – specialized in Alternative Investments (m/f)

In order to support the growth of our Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services team, we are currently looking for an:

Experienced Accountant – specialized in Alternative Investments (m/f)

You will be joining the Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services team serving institutional and multinational clients in the Private Equity and Real Estate industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity vehicles;
• Be in charge of preparing reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements;
• Ensure the coordination with our corporate services, tax and legal teams to serve the client;
• Be the primary point of contact of the client for the day-to-day services provided by BDO in Luxembourg.

REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant field;
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position either in an accounting firm or in an Alternative Investment management company;
• You have good accounting skills and a strong knowledge in LuxGAAP; 
• You have good knowledge in direct and indirect Luxembourg taxes;
• You have excellent communication skills and a good team spirit;
• You are proactive, committed, motivated, autonomous and rigorous;
• You have strong analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills;
• You speak English fluently. French and/or German (as well as any other language) would be an asset;
