What will you do?
Within our Audit department, you will:
- Develop and implement operational plans that align with BDO Audit’s mission, vision, and client delivery goals
- Oversee day-to-day activities across all audit engagements, ensuring the efficient resource allocation, adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Coordinate and support a team of managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency across internal systems, client-facing operations and cross-functional teams
- Work closely with partners, directors, managers and teams to ensure smooth execution of engagements and high client satisfaction
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, client outcomes, and business performance to ensure objectives are met
- Drive initiatives to improve profitability, cost control and long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with the Audit Partnership Committee by providing operational insights that facilitate the execution of the firm’s growth strategies.
This offer is for you if:
- You have a Master’s degree in Business administration, Operations management, Management Control or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including ideally at least 3 years of experience in audit and 2 years in operations management or management control within a professional services firm
- You speak English and French fluently
- You have excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders
- You have a deep understanding of audit operations, including project management, resource allocation, and client relations
- You have strong organizational capabilities with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- You are analytical and able to make data-driven decision to solve problems
- You have experience in optimizing operational processes, managing change, and driving efficiency.
