What if your next HR role gave you the opportunity to work directly with senior decision-makers, understand how an international bank operates from the inside and become a key HR contact across the organization?
Our client is an international bank located in Luxembourg City offering an environment that combines the exposure of an international financial institution with the accessibility of a human-sized organization.
Unlike larger HR departments where responsibilities can be highly segmented, you will have the opportunity to work across a complete HR scope and interact directly with the Heads of the different departments.
This means that your role will not be limited to executing HR processes. You will progressively understand the needs of the business, advise different stakeholders and contribute to topics ranging from recruitment and employee development to payroll, reporting and HR projects.
For an HR professional with a few years of experience in banking, this is an opportunity to increase your visibility, broaden your expertise and progressively take on greater responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the HR team, you will become a key point of contact for employees and managers and contribute to the different pillars of the HR function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment processes, from identifying potential candidates and coordinating interviews to supporting hiring decisions and onboarding
- Working directly with Heads of Departments and senior stakeholders to understand their recruitment and HR requirements
- Contributing actively to Learning & Development, including the coordination of training initiatives and employee development
- Supporting the preparation of payroll, ensuring the accurate collection and communication of the relevant information and variables
- Acting as a day-to-day HR contact for employees and managers across a broad variety of HR matters
- Preparing and monitoring HR KPIs, dashboards and reports to provide management with visibility on key HR indicators
- Supporting the different stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal developments, changes and departures
- Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives, with the possibility to challenge existing practices and suggest new approaches
- Contributing to HR audits and regulatory requirements within the banking environment
- Participating in the continuous development of the bank's HR tools, processes and practices
The objective is to give you enough exposure to understand the HR function as a whole, rather than limiting your development to one particular area.
Your Profile
You already have a solid foundation in Human Resources and are now looking for an environment where you can take the next step in your development.
- You have approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- You have previous experience within the banking sector and therefore understand the particularities of this environment
- You enjoy working as an HR Generalist and do not want to limit yourself to one HR specialty
- You are interested in developing across recruitment, Learning & Development, payroll, reporting and HR projects
- You are fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish would represent a strong advantage
- You are organized, proactive and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously

What Our Client Offers
Our client offers a gross annual salary of up to €75,000, depending on your experience, complemented by an annual bonus and the attractive benefits associated with the Luxembourg banking collective agreement.
