Senior Corporate Officer-Close to Luxembourg city center

You are passionate about investment funds and have a proven experience as a Senior Coporate Officer. This offer should interest you. As part of a ManCo of around ten people managing more than 100 funds, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in your field, as this position will offer you a variety of tasks. What is more ? You will be able to take advantage of the attractiveness of the town centre over a drink or a good meal with your colleagues at events organised by the company for an optimum onboarding.

Senior Corporate Officer : The Function

• You will complete the whole administration cycle of Luxembourg entities (incorporation, meetings of board and shareholders, liquidations, RCS filings)

• Participate in regular investment reporting (management reports, reports to investors)

• You are the privileged contact for the external stakeholders : banks, notaries, advisors and auditors and ensure effective collaboration with them

• Administrative filing & Bank Accounts Process

• You are in charge of maintain legal files, archives and bibles in excellent order

Senior Corporate Officer : Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Law or Finance

• Fluent written and spoken in English/French is mandatory for this position (German will be a plus)

• At least 6 years of experience in Luxembourg in a Corporate Officer position, ideally in a trust company or a real estate fund

• A basic understanding of accounting and taxation is a strong asset

• You are described as a problem-solving person who likes to take on challenges
