YOUR IMPACT & ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT

• You will take the lead on AML Compliance and RC mandates for a sophisticated client base of asset managers and family offices . This high-level responsibility grants you significant autonomy in managing regulatory risk, establishing you as a key pillar within the firm's leadership structure.
• You will act as a strategic advisor to equity partners, providing insights on complex regulatory changes and market shifts . This role allows you to influence the firm's internal policies, giving you a direct hand in shaping the future of a growing organization.
• You will oversee compliance for large-scale Real Estate and Private Equity structures . By managing these high-value mandates, you refine your expertise in the alternative investment space, enhancing your reputation as a top-tier specialist in the Luxembourg market.
• You will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and creative problem-solving . Sharing your 10+ years of experience allows you to build a legacy within the team while developing your own leadership and management capabilities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in AML/Compliance, with a proven track record in the Luxembourgish fund or advisory sector.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are committed to professional investment strategies and possess an adaptable, business-oriented mindset.
• Technical Expertise: You have extensive experience in RC (Responsable du Contrôle) mandates and a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements for the real estate industry.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and German; your ability to navigate both languages allows you to communicate effectively with the German-speaking core team and the international client base.
• Vision: You are more than a compliance officer; you are a business partner who thinks creatively and understands the commercial implications of regulatory frameworks.
