Your key responsibilities:
- Play a central role in the financial management of real estate entities while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage the full accounting cycle for several entities (entries, VAT, tax compliance, and closings).
- Control and record client and supplier invoices.
- Monitor banking operations and perform reconciliations.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial statements.
- Plan, anticipate, and monitor cash flow.
- Conduct budget analyses, identify variances, and recommend optimizations.
- Produce clear and reliable reports for management, supporting strategic decision-making.
Your profile:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting (fiduciary/big4 or family office).
- Comfortable working in structured environments, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and/or consolidation is a strong asset.
- Degree in Accounting (bachelor's level or equivalent).
- Fluent in both French and English.
