Introduction :
Our client is a prestigious international law firm in Luxembourg, recognized for its professionalism, structured environment, and collaborative culture. The firm values a strong service mindset, teamwork, and ensures that administrative and operational support is delivered efficiently while respecting work-life balance. The Luxembourg office is now looking to strengthen its front office team by recruiting a Receptionist who is smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities :
* Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Prepare and set up meeting rooms and assist with document preparation.
* Manage coffee, water, and snack orders for the office.
* Coordinate deliveries and provide ad hoc support to the PA team.
Working Hours :
* Standard: 09:00 - 18:00, 40 hours/week.
* Occasional early starts or late finishes for deliveries or special events.
* Overtime fully compensated.
Profile :
* Fluent in French and English, professional appearance.
* Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Ideally 2 years in hospitality or front office/reception experience.
* Team player, reliable, and service-oriented.
