Your Impact and Responsibilities

• You will act as a central liaison with Group Investment teams on product development initiatives, facilitating seamless communication across global departments to ensure a cohesive strategy. This collaborative exposure broadens your internal network and positions you as a key coordinator in the launch of innovative financial solutions.
• By analyzing markets, investment products, and securities, you provide the critical data needed to enhance the bank's product offerings and support global investment strategies. This analytical depth sharpens your market intelligence and ensures your contributions have a measurable impact on the bank's competitive edge.
• You will perform detailed risk analyses, covering both regulatory and business risks, to ensure all product offerings remain in strict alignment with global policies and guidelines. Taking ownership of these controls builds your reputation as a rigorous subject matter expert, safeguarding the bank's integrity and your professional standing.
• As a subject matter expert on asset classes and investment solutions, you will support Advisors and Bankers in delivering high-quality advice to clients. This direct support role enhances your visibility within the front-office environment and accelerates your development toward senior advisory or leadership roles.
• You will monitor product KPIs-including AUM growth, client adoption, and revenue contribution-to track the success of various investment strategies. This data-driven approach allows you to see the tangible results of your work, providing a clear sense of achievement and a roadmap for future product optimizations.

Your Profile

• Professional experience of approximately 2 to 5 years within financial markets or investment products, providing a solid foundation for further specialization.
• A university degree (BA required) in Finance, Economics, or a related field to support your technical understanding of financial instruments.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential, enabling you to navigate international transactions and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of European regulations and the broader regulatory environment, ensuring you can navigate complex compliance landscapes with ease.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commercial mindset when handling financial data and regulatory constraints.
• A proactive interest in market research and a desire to propose innovative ideas for new products and services.
• Clear potential for evolution into more senior positions within the Investment Solutions or Banking departments as you master the bank's product suite.
