Individual Income Tax Specialist - Your responsibilities:

• Manage the full income tax return cycle for a varied portfolio including (private individuals, HNW, investors), ensuring technical precision and proactive risk mitigation for diverse profiles.
• Lead advisory meetings to translate complex tax regulations into personalized strategies, building long-term trust and professional loyalty.
• Execute comparative tax simulations and manage expatriate tax tracks (entrance/exit), providing high-level technical modeling for cross-border cases.
• Coordinate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional issues while maintaining active monitoring of the evolving global fiscal landscape.
• Drive internal training sessions and process optimizations to elevate service standards and mentor the growing tax team.

Individual Income Tax Specialist - Your profile:

• You hold at least a degree (Bac+3/5) in Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related field.
• You possess at least 2-3 years of confirmed experience in personal tax compliance and advisory, ideally acquired within a fiduciary, Big 4, or specialized tax firm.
• You have successfully obtained the Cycle A certificate.
• You are fluent in French and English
• Strong team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude will help you thrive here.
