Corporate Officer : The Function
- You will draft, track, and check corporate legal documents.
- Preparing contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Responsible for organizing board meetings,drafting board minutes and resolutions.
- Liaising with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks.
- Supporting seniors to prepare draft and legal documents, from A-to-Z full company life cycle.
- Preparing the statutory forms with the CSSF
Corporate Officer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in business law or in a similar field
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a corporate officer position in Luxembourg is mandatory for this role
- You speak fluently French and English, knowledge of Italian will be a plus
- You have good communication skills and are keen to learn and develop professionally.
